Honorarium

A full day visit at a school costs $600.00 USD. A half-day costs $300.00 USD. A full day consists of four one-hour presentations in addition to a book signing session. A half day consists of two one-hour presentations in addition to a book signing session.

The host school is also responsible for the following:

Travel expenses including (but not limited to): lodging and accomodations, airfare, rental car (where applicable)
Reasonable expenses resulting from the visit including (but not limited to): meals, fares, tolls, parking fees, etc.
Mileage ($0.30 per mile) if author/artist uses her own transportation
If the host school should cancel the visit for any reason other than fire, weather conditions, or natural disaster, the host agrees to pay a cancellation fee of fifty percent (50%) of the full honorarium stated in this agreement, and reimburse the author/artist one hundred percent (100%) for any nonrefundable reasonable travel expenses or arrangements paid in advance by the author/artist in preparation for the visit.
