Noah Buchanan has always had a deep interest in the symbolic, mythic and heroic found in art and nature. He studied classical drawing and painting at the Pennsylvania Academy of fine Arts, the nation’s oldest art school. He graduated from the University of Santa Cruz and is pursuing a Master’s degree at the New York Academy of Art in New york City. Noah has illustrated two books for Dawn, the award-winning Places of Power and Spirit Animals, a joyous collaboration with his mother, Victoria Covell, the author.
