  • The Sharing Nature Youtube Channel has six videos of nature games excerpted from the Sharing Nature Video and a talk by Cornell at the Children, Nature & Us Conference in which he explains the philosophy behind his sharing nature methods, as well as a four-part NCTV interview. Click here.

Sharing Nature International is a source for many additional resources and information about Joseph Cornell’s international outreach.

    Climate Change Education

Download free activities from the Teacher’s Guide for How we Know What We Know About our Changing Climate. If you’re looking for more ideas on how to incorporate Climate Change Education into your outdoor activities visit www.howweknowclimatechange.com and www.climatechangeeducation.org.

    Project Learning Tree

Project Learning Tree (www.plt.org) has helped over 500,000 teachers bring environmental education to classrooms. Many of the activities have reading strategies, and many of Dawn’s titles support the activities. Shawna Crocker, PLT coordinator for Colorado, has listed the correlations between Project Learning Tree activities and Dawn titles, which are available for download here. One document correlates by activity, the other by title.
